Unamed Update 1

I added a new PowerUp, "Boost." It is used as an item (can be used multiple times in a row with the press of a button (spacebar) as long as you have 1 or more in stock) and when used will add extra speed to the players original speed. I changed the gun PowerUp from a timed PowerUp to an item PowerUp, so instead of being able to  use it for 30 seconds with infinite bullets, you get to use it for infinite seconds as long as you have 1 or more bullets. Tweaked the teleport ball PowerUp, and added some new UI elements. Not much.
